Sundried Tomatoes butter!
It's easy to make, kick away all those nasty preservatives and make your own!
250g of Butter
12 sundried tomatoes chopped
Reserve 3 tablespoons of the oil from the sundried tomatoes jar
1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary
Baking Paper
Chopp the butter into chunks, chop up the sundried tomatoes and transfer all the ingredients above into a blender. Blend until nice and smooth.
Transfer the Sundried Tomato butter onto some baking paper, form it into a shape of a log, roll the paper tightly, and place it into the fridge to set for a few hours.
Serve with some homemade bread or over some corn! It's delish!
