12 Feijoas mashed

150g butter

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon of baking powder

Sprinkle of salt

150g brown sugar

3 large eggs beaten

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

3 cups of all-purpose flour

Preheat oven to 175oC

Line a loaf tin

Line a loaf tin with baking paper or butter and some flour

Then mix all the ingredients together and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden or cooked through the middle...
